 SOME OF THE CHANGES TO OUR DAILY OPERATIONS INCLUDE: 

  • EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING FROM HOME

  • EMPLOYEES COORDINATE ANY TIME IN-OFFICE SO THAT INDIVIDUALS FROM ONLY ONE OR TWO HOUSEHOLDS ARE IN THE BUILDING AT ANY ONE TIME TOGETHER

 

  • ROUTINE CLEANING IS DONE DAILY RATHER THAN WEEKLY

  • NON-POROUS SURFACES ARE DISINFECTED FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY

         

  • MEDICAL GRADE AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN DOUBLED, FILTERING THE AIR TWICE AS FREQUENTLY AS BEFORE

  • ALL MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED REMOTELY (i.e. VIA PHONE)

  • A DROP-OFF/PICK-UP SPACE IS PROVIDED FOR DOCUMENT EXCHANGES. THIS AREA IS SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE OFFICE BUILDING AND IS DISINFECTED BETWEEN EACH CLIENT VISIT. CLIENTS & ACCOUNTANTS COORDINATE DOCUMENT EXCHANGES VIA PHONE TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF DOCUMENTS (RETRIEVAL SHOULD TAKE MERE SECONDS!).
